Wear your baby & meet other mamas on a walk through the Edmonton river valley!

The walk is on Wednesdays, we meet at 12:30pm and start on the trail at 1:00pm.
A babywearing educator will be available for 30 minutes before the walk to help you adjust your carrier or learn a new carry. Our demo carriers will be available for you to use for the walk if you'd like to try something new! Just leave your drivers' license & a credit card in exchange for the carrier.
Kids of all ages are welcome to join in as well. We'll walk for an hour in smaller groups, so all fitness levels can participate at their own speed. The trails are not stroller-friendly (stairs, rough terrain, etc) so come prepared to babywear!  And please let us know at info@tadpoles.ca if there is something specific you would like to see or try, we'll do our best to have it available.

Directions to the meeting place:

Whitemud Park
From Whitemud Drive, take the exit marked 122/119 Street and head South on 119 Street.
Turn RIGHT onto Rainbow Valley Road, which is marked with a big wooden sign that says "Whitemud Park."
Go down the hill about 500m. There is a small parking lot on the left - we'll be there!
